Talented?
Qualified?
Tired of the rat race?
Give yourself and family a whole new
lease on life in beautiful Southern Oregon.

|
Working here at Antenna Factor, you'll enjoy the unique atmosphere
of a rapidly growing technology company that's still small
enough to have a familiar family atmosphere (how many technology
companies have a Ping Pong table?). Your skills and talents
will be pushed daily to new limits and your effort will not
go unnoticed.
On weekends, you'll take time out to enjoy life. Maybe you'll
find yourself fishing or rafting on the Rogue River, mountain
biking, playing golf, shooting skeet, or watching a hometown
softball game at the sports park. That's assuming, of course,
you're not busy skiing at Mt. Ashland or tied up at the Shakespeare
Festival.
If you are qualified for a position listed below and are
ready for a change, we would love to hear from you. Please
do not call for these positions. Applications will be accepted
by mail or e-mail only. Please send resume, salary history

|
|
 |

| This position is responsible for designing and building electronic and RF circuits with minimal supervision. Designs will include low-power narrowband and spread spectrum RF circuits operating in the 260MHz-2.4GHz ranges. Will research and specify components, then create schematics and multi-layered PCB layouts using standard software. Will test and qualify designs, then document and transition them into high-volume production. Will work with customers on customized products and create custom specifications. |
|

| Must possess all necessary skills to take an RF design from concept to production. Must have experience with narrowband and spread spectrum radio designs and a strong applied knowledge of the test and qualification of base-band, digital, and RF circuits. Should be able to research and identify components appropriate to meet design objectives and plan and execute designs to meet engineering targets. Should be familiar with all equipment necessary to prove and test a design. Hands-on skills such as soldering of fine-pitch components, troubleshooting, and characterization measurements are a must. Experience with RF PCB layout using CAD tools, such as Protel, would be beneficial. Candidate must be both technically qualified and able to interface well in a close-knit, non-competitive team environment.
